LinkedIn Omnichannel

LinkedIn is the entry point, not the entire sales process. We build the network, start the conversations, capture the contact details, and keep the relationship moving through email and WhatsApp, picking up the phone when a prospect goes quiet.

Tuesday. A buyer accepts your connection and says “interesting.” Then silence. Most people take that as a no. They're not uninterested. They're busy. So we follow up on email and WhatsApp, and if they still go quiet, we pick up the phone.

We don't stop at LinkedIn

Contact capture, email, WhatsApp and calling are part of the core system. The relationship continues on channels you own.

The automation is ours

Auto Invitation Campaign, Auto Chat Fetch and Auto Contact Fetcher are built in-house, so the process is consistent and measurable, not rented from a tool that can change its rules.

We pick up the phone

When a prospect goes quiet on LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp, a person rings them. It's the step almost no outreach agency will actually do.

Build it in-house
  • Hire, train and manage two SDRs
  • Buy LinkedIn Premium, email and data tools
  • Write the messaging, build the sequences
  • Find someone who will make the calls
  • Three to six months before it runs

The hiring and ramp risk sits with you.

Run LinkedIn Omnichannel
  • Live in two to three weeks
  • One monthly fee, one accountable team
  • All four channels from day one
  • Our automation layer, already built
  • Human calling included, not extra

The delivery risk sits with us.

Month 1FoundationICP, messaging, profile, first campaigns live
Month 2Network & testingConnections grow, angles tested, email + WhatsApp start
Month 3Multi-channelCalling begins, prospects move toward meetings
Month 4Scale what worksMore focus on proven segments and messages
Month 5ConsistencyA predictable weekly rhythm of conversations
Month 6OptimiseFull review, next phase built on the data

We price the system, not the meeting. Paying per meeting pushes the incentive toward booking anyone who'll agree to a call. A monthly fee keeps it on the quality of the conversation. LinkedIn Omnichannel is built for businesses where one new client is worth several times the monthly fee.

The system, in numbers

Real numbers.
Not projections.

Taken from our weekly client reports and live campaign dashboards. Your numbers will differ with your market and network. The shape of the system is what carries across.

LinkedIn builds the network. Email, WhatsApp and a phone call keep the conversation going until it becomes a meeting.

From live client channels

Not a diagram.
The real thing.

Most agencies show you a process chart and ask you to trust the rest. This is what a week inside a live engagement actually looks like.

FAQ

LinkedIn Omnichannel questions

Will messages go out from my own LinkedIn account?

Yes. We work on your own profile and in your voice, so every relationship stays yours.

Who makes the calls?

Our team, from numbers you provide, using the context the campaign has already built. A human conversation, not a dialler or a recorded message.

Why does it run for six months?

The first months build the network and test messaging. Conversations typically build from month two, and months four to six compound on what the data shows.

Will every meeting have a requirement?

Every person joining the call is interested to know about your service. These are relationship meetings: they may or may not have a requirement right on the call.

Do the accounts and data stay mine?

Yes. Email IDs, phone numbers and LinkedIn Premium stay in your name, so the accounts, relationships and data remain yours.

Can I start with software and switch to the service later?

Absolutely. Many clients start with our Scribbleli software and move to LinkedIn Omnichannel when they want us to take over.

Why isn't pricing listed?

It depends on your market, targets and channels. A 20-minute call is enough for a clear quote.
